• Preparation of the Method statement required for the erection of process piping and shaft piping
• Carries out regular external visual examinations complemented with NDT examination such as vessels, boilers, pipe, lifting equipments
• Inspects plant equipment by entering into the vessel, boilers and towers, during shutdown
• Significantly contributed in the installation & alignment of static equipments like column , vessels, package unit heavy valves etc
• Witness hydrostatic tests and pneumatic tests on pressure equipment, valves and pipelines as per Company policy
• Possessing good knowledge of preparation of WPS & PQR and other reports/documentation
• Conversant with assessing various NDT methods like RT, DPT, LPT & MPT for pressure parts
• Inspect failures of equipment such as pumps and vessels, prepare report and issue recommendations, where applicable, via supervisor for action by relevant departments

• Prepares preliminary reports on inspections and NDT tests, highlighting any abnormalities and issue recommendations via supervisor for action by relevant departments.

• Monitoring the performance of the s/c.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of the material.
• Preparing erection reports which include dimensional, weld visual and painting.
• Coordination with the client during inspection activities.
• Monitoring the performance of subordinates and give proper training to them
• Monitoring the safety aspects related to the job.
