Tank Calibration Engineer - Singapore

Location: Singapore

Job Description

To set up and perform tanks and pipe line calibration in CMD dimension section other other calibration on Dimensional measuring instruments (e.g Jig , Gauge ,Fixture ,Universal Measuring machines, Surface plates, Height gauges etc)both in-house and on-site.
Includes :

* Generation of reports
* Liaise with customers as and when necessary
* Generate Sales Order/ Tax Invoice for jobs performed
* Maintain laboratory equipment and carry out any other duties assigned

Requirements

* Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3 years experience in tanks and pipe line calibration
* Must have knowledge in the general requirements and method use in ISO and API STD
* Some knowledge on CMM and able to read GDT drawings
* Basic knowledge of dimensional instruments, e.g. caliper,micrometer, height gauges etc. (added advantage)
* Must be Customer Oriented
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Must be an independent, responsible worker
* Must be a team player
